These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NEXUS Aegis platform and services operated by NEXUS Aegis (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NEXUS Aegis, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Platform access
NEXUS Aegis is a market intelligence and decision-support platform. It provides analytical tools, AI-assisted analysis, signal workflows, and backtesting capabilities for cryptocurrency markets. It does not execute trades, manage funds, or connect to brokerage or exchange accounts.
Access to the platform requires an active account and, for premium features, an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where practical.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@nexusaegis.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold. Each account is for use by a single individual only.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing period. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until that date. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods except in circumstances covered by our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days’ notice to active subscribers before any price change takes effect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
- Interfere with the platform’s infrastructure, servers, or security mechanisms.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform or its outputs without written authorisation.
- Use automated systems to access the platform in ways that exceed normal human usage.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice in serious cases.
Intellectual property
All platform content, design, code, branding, signal methodologies, and AI analysis frameworks are the property of NEXUS Aegis or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any platform intellectual property.
You may use platform outputs (analysis, signals, backtest results) for your own personal trading decisions. Publication or commercial redistribution of platform outputs requires written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. See our Risk Disclaimer for full details on the limitations of platform outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEXUS Aegis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice within the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
